Kalimex has extensive experience
in each of the divisions listed in the subject requirement; roofing,
mechanical, electrical and general construction including experience
in design build contracts, contract management, construction management,
and post construction activities. Although our direct experience
in the area of design build is primarily with smaller scope projects,
Kalimex’s project team has significant design build experience
with the Corps of Engineers and other agencies. This includes
Kalimex’s key personnel and third party consultants who
